Beverley Martins Ltd is a social care agency specialising in the placement of Care workers, in Residentials Care Homes and Private Homes in the Community.
We are commissioned to provide services to the residents of the South London Borough of Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton and Sutton.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and carry kite marks of excellence awarded by Investors in People. We are also members of UKHCHA (United Kingdom Home Care Association).
The Senior Management Team
The quality of governance at Beverley Martins is underpinned by the strong commitment of the directors and their staff, who work together tirelessly to ensure high standards.
The senior management team comprises of 2 members of the board of directors, a registered manager, and an assistant manager, who all play an active part in driving forward the vision for Beverley Martins, as a first class domiciliary care agency.
The directors provide general management and strategic direction, with invaluable support for its implementation given by the registered manager.
The company was established in 1995 by Beverley Thompson, who heads the board of directors, and is the CEO.
Beverley has held senior management posts and social worker positions, for the London Boroughs of Redbridge, Kensington, Chelsea and Hackney, as well as Birmingham and Bristol City Councils.
She has over forty years of experience within the health care industry and continues to instill and support excellence at Beverley Martins Ltd.
The Office Staff
The directors and registered manager are supported by a trained and skilled, office based workforce, making up administration, allocations, field supervision and in house training teams.
The Field Worker Teams
Supported by the office staff, the Beverley Martins Care worker teams cover the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth and Lewisham.
They are a highly professional and committed workforce, who have proven themselves good ambassadors of Beverley Martins.
A training programme is in place for each member of staff, targeting internal and external certification and accreditation at the various levels of the diploma in health and social care.
From a thorough induction training programme, facilitated by our in-house trainer to on-going refresher courses, emphasis at Beverley Martins is placed on having a well trained and efficient workforce.
