In-Home Care Services in Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lambeth and Lewisham
In addition to domiciliary and palliative, end of life care, we have especially trained care workers to support service users with specific medical conditions, which usually require catheter, stoma, ventilator or PEG feeding management, cough and bowel assistance, as well as bed turning. Our care workers are trained to provide services that have an impact upon the emotional wellbeing of service users. Below are a few of the conditions for which we are currently providing support.

Alzheimer’s support at Home
When caring for service users with Alzheimer’s, we appreciate that consistency is a major part of the services we provide. Understanding that lack of consistency and unfamiliar environments can cause distress, confusion and discomfort, our carers always look to maintain existing routines and lifestyles, in order to minimise disruption and changes to the normal routine.

Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Muscular Dystrophy (MD), Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
These conditions are all medically different, requiring differing levels of support and care. The care plans of individual service users are tailored to their specific needs, medical requirements and also take into account their leisure interests. We support service users with MND, MD and MS on a daily basis, keeping in regular contact with doctors and other professionals, in order to ensure that the services we are providing continue to be of the highest standards and can quickly be adapted, in tune with the progressive nature of these conditions.

Dementia management at home
Each service user has unique emotions, likes, dislikes and historical experiences, therefore we understand that there is no one way of providing help and support for service users with dementia. Our services are individually tailored to each service user’s needs and the assigned carers have the enthusiasm, commitment and training to provide the required level of support at home, within familiar environments.
